Where is my order?
Every order gets a tracking link by email once it leaves us, usually within one to two business days. If tracking hasn't updated in five days, email us with your order number and we'll chase the carrier.
I want to return something
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll send return instructions.
I'd like to become a Pet Link partner
We're always open to vets, groomers and trainers joining the network. Email us with your business name, location and services and we'll send the partner terms.
